Self-acclaimed Nigerian barbie, Bobrisky was recently denied entry into the United Kingdom where he was scheduled to hold a birthday party and have a meet and greet event with some of his fans. On arrival at the Heathrow airport in London, the cross dresser was held at a detention camp and subsequently put on a return flight back to Lagos.  It was gathered that Bobrisky was denied entry into London because his visa doesn’t permit him to work in the country as he was poised to make money through his appearances during his visit to the country.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara has reportedly picked up the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) nomination form. According to reports, Dogara picked up the form on Wednesday, September 12. Although he has not officially left the All Progressives Congress, there has been report that the Speaker has been making moves to join the PDP. Recall that earlier there had been reports that the speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, has announced that he will seek re- election into the House of Representatives in 2019. Dogara’s announcement was contained in a statement sent by his spokesperson, Turaki Hassan, to newsmen Hassan, however, did not say if Dogara will run on the platform of his current party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) or if he will defect to another party as widely expected.
