EFCC Allegedly Freezes Davido's Account

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)
has allegedly frozen the account of musician David
Adeleke also known as Davido.

Davido is scheduled to appear in all Peoples Democratic
Party (PDP) campaigns for the Osun Governorship
election.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has shut down the rumour making rounds that it froze the accounts of belonging to Davido and his uncle, Ademola Adeleke. Clarifying this in a statement shared by its spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, the agency said there was no truth in the claims being circulated on social media, adding that it was a campaign designed to taint their image. The statement read: Quote “The attention of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has been drawn to media publications alleging that it had frozen the account of Senator Ademola Adeleke, candidate of the opposition People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in the September 22, 2018 Osun State governorship election and those of his family members, including the musician, David Adeleke.      Following the just concluded white wedding of Banky W at South Africa, fans of Banky W have termed Wizkid a kid for not being honest and keeping to his words.      Recall that Wizkid, sequel to some unavoidable reasons, was not present  at the Banky W's Traditional wedding to actress Adesua Etomi, and thus promised not to be absent at the white wedding.      Contrary to his promise, he was absent ; which prompted fans and well wishers of Banky to throw shades at him, making reference to how he started and how he was brought to lime light by Banky W.
